Fit: Suit Pants

Slim suit pants in navy
Suit pants are something most people tend to struggle with, but pays off if fitted correctly. Firstly, the break of the pants on the shoe. Like jeans there should be a clean break with no creases or folding. If there are, then the pants should be tailored. There is no possibility of folding the bottom up as a makeshift option. Next, the waist should be just right, allowing you to slip 1-2 figures between the material and your waist. This will create a tighter, streamlined fit which will create a slimmer image of you. Next, you should be able to sit down comfortably with minimal stretch around the butt and crotch areas. If all these criteria are satisfied, then the fit of the pants is correct and you should feel quite comfortable wearing them.
